Description

A Half Clamshell Box is structurally the simplest of all the presentation boxes offered here yet it is as beautiful and perhaps more functional than the others. Where the CLAMSHELL BOX and NOTCHED CLAMSHELL BOXES use the outer tray of the lid to keep the box closed, the Half Clamshell Box has a magnetic flap that serves this purpose. This design allows the contents of the box to slide across onto the clean flat surface to the left for easy viewing.

This Half Clamshell Box is designed to hold contents that measure 11″ x 8 1/2”, however if you order an 11″ x 8 1/2” PORTFOLIO or RING BINDER and would like the box to fit, in the depth selection menu choose, “build to fit the portfolio that I ordered” and it will be built larger to fit the portfolio.

All boxes are handmade to order and will be covered in your choice of the many colors of fine linen and coated metallic bookcloths that are available. You can choose to have your box covered entirely in one color or you can choose to order a multi colored box.

Storage and presentation pockets are available in a variety of styles and orientations and can be added to any box.  Debossing and Foil Stamping are also available.  You can add one of these unique personalization options to your box in the personalization section of the online store.
